You have to do what I suggested and ask the company that manufactures the device. We have no idea what hardware interface it uses, what message protocol, or anything else about it.

hi,
You will need the software development kit (SDK) for that particular device from the manufacturer.

i hope this is the page where S530 is shown : http://www.sunyard.ru/products_e.html[^]
So at the end of the page they have clearly mentioned that :
"... Software could be written by our own programmers or we will supply the SDK developement software and provide support (optionally). ..."

So you can shoot them an email and ask them from where you can get the aforementioned SDK and its related documentation .
That SDK will help you to program the device.
