Hi to all
my requirement is

how to implement confirm button in in grid view and if user click on OK button in confirm box we have to write any update query and if cancel back to the operation.

Solution 1

Add a ButtonField or TemplateField with a normal Button. Then you can handle the button's client click. Inside the client click, open a confirm box.

Then you can also write your logic for "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons.
