Any Python Framework For Software Development?

I am looking the python framework for software development. I am currently making software on vb.net but is there framework which works like the same vb.net in python. One of the feature like drag n drop buttons and other controllers to the form?

It would be Iron Python:

Of course, "like the same" is wrong formulation, but what you are looking for is really Iron Python. The idea that you have to look at some "framework" is also wrong, because you are really looking something related to VB.NET, so the framework is .NET CLR, that is the same as for Iron Python. Your request should be fully satisfied.
