How to create a proxy server (Web filtering, etc) on VB.NET is it possible?

I've searched the web but everything is written in C++

I also want to create a Classroom Management Software for final project, is it possible to create it in VB.NET or can I use another language?

Everything is possible only if you know the language. First you need to leran the basics then give a try and if you have any problem, you are always welcome to come back here and ask the specific question.

Solution 1

1. See proxy server application in vb.net[^].

2. You first need to define the requirements of the Classroom Management application. And VB.NET would be as good as any other language to create it.
