I have a piece of software that uses a keygen to unlock it. The manufactor is out of business so no luck from them. The software gives a 9 digit number which in turn they would give me a 9 digit number back.
At one time one of there emploies said it used the serial number of the hard drive to get the first number which you would give to them. I have the two numbers if this helps with helping me.

Number that is giving by software to get the key:970446506
Number that is giving back that unlocks the software:307672125

Thanks if anybody can help

I suggest if you want someone to reverse engineer a piece of software for you, that's not a 'quick question', it's a programming task. You should go to the jobs board and offer to pay someone to do this for you. I assume you're not a developer ? No-one is going to be able to work this out without a fair bit of time, and the software in question. If it is a .NET program, it would be easier, you can use reflection to read the source code.
