Javascript code to compress and decompress webpages

Hi,
i am facing a big problem.
i have to write a function that works with a browser to send a report on the fly to make .gz copy of an html file using 3 as compression level.
Another function to decompress .gz webpage immediately it starts to load in the browser.
i need help solving this problem.
