How to load an image with CPictureHolder in MFC ActiveX Control?

Dear everyone,
I am newbie with this ActiveX Control in MFC C++.
I am trying to load image from resource and from changing-background property page.
First, i tried IPICTUREDISP but when i searched i got into CPictureHolder.
I loaded image from resource. But as i was trying to load image when the user change image in their interface, i got stuck.
Don't know how to load image with CPictureHolder.
I am searching for new way. But i can't get it off my mind.
I did search a lot but go nowhere and have no idea "how".
Please help me.

Dear everyone,
I am VERY SORRY EVERYONE.
I did a big MISTAKE.ON MSDN's tutorial,i did not read some lines,
this is it
. And it made me lose a lot of time of me and especially everyone, who did read this question.
