how to get custom property appear on the UI?

Dear everyone,
I am trying to make my custom text property with name " version" appear on the property viewpage my C# UI.
Actually, i don't know how to tell. But i want to make my "version" get on the property page, where u can see all the property of a button as u right click on button -> choose property -> the property page will show at the right of UI in C# VS.
I want it appear on it.
Please give me a hint.

Your question says "property viewpage my C# UI.", but you have tagged it C++, ActiveX, MFC/C++.
Which is it?

I am write a activeX Control use C++ in MFC, my container is C#. I got some property appear on the property page of C# UI but some don't appear, I don't know why? . My backcolor and backgroundimage appeared but my Property " version" don't. They are custom property base on stock property.
