Hi I'm wondering if any of you guys would know how to make a function were it allows you to disable user's from changing somebody's desktop background. please reply asap as i need this for a very important project also this will be executed by pressing a button for example i make a exe program and it has a button and when i click that button it makes the desktop only changeable for the administrator. Basically like on a domain.

If I understand the question correctly, you can use a policy definition to prevent the change of the wallpaper. Have a look at Disable changing wallpaper[^]

yes that's perfect but how do i get this to work as function by just pressing a button so that only the admin can have access to change it.

As far as I can see you could probably use Group Policy Management Console Class Library[^]. I haven't used that library so I have no experience if it's the right tool for you, but with a short investigation I believe you'll easily see if it's feasible or not.
