Comparision Between PHP & ASP

Hello !

I have an order to develop a web application that can be operated anywhere from the world through internet using web browses.

This application is an ERP system for a Trading company.

Now i have two choices

1. Application in PHP and Database in MySQL
2. Application in ASP.NET and Database in MS SQL Server 2014

this application will contain several complex business logic and will have a heavy database on its back end. Moreover several complex queries, stored procedures and views will be used for reporting.

Please tell me which option is the better one for me ?

PHP & MySql ???
Or
ASP.NET & MS SQL Server ???
