How do I manage many applications in membership provider

Hi everybody

I want to know how to manage many applications on .net membership provider, I have two applications in aspnet_Applications table:

app1 7DD1193A-EBD3-4C3F-B7CC-6249512B7E8F
app2 B225CA1B-36E0-473F-8673-81362AF21AF2

7DD1193A-EBD3-4C3F-B7CC-6249512B7E8F and B225CA1B-36E0-473F-8673-81362AF21AF2 are my application's id's. So, my question is: It's possible create a new Role, an User?, If anyone has some links to help me, I am going to appreciate that.
