I want to determine the visitor role who visit my website

I have this code in my web.config file:
Hide   Copy Code
<allow roles="Manager"/>
      <deny roles="*"/>
So every time I want to go in my website I would block,and I have not permission to access to my website , so that I wanted that these permission impress on some specific pages not whole my website,please help me ,thank you
