About ILmerge DLL failed merger

My question is about merging ILMerge and DEV. When I use my computer to merge ILMerge and DEV, and dll is introduced by VS2013, then to be a new dll. However, when I put dll to else's computer it cannot open. But the translation is right. I don't know where the mistakes happened exactly. Is there some possible reasons? Appreciate for your help.

This question does not make a lot of sense. I suggest that you write it in your native language first, make sure you have expressed the problem clearly, then use something like Google Translate to convert your question to English.
