which is best way for model binding ?

Hi ,

I am bit confuse that which is best way and if all are differnt then which one to use when for model binding using include and exclude properties

1. Include / Exclude properties using updatemodel overloads
2. Include exclude properties using bind attribute
3. Include / exclude properties using interfaces

As far as i know all the above does the same thing , then why these three and which is best way . also if these above three mentioned are not the same then which to use when
