how to upload files in iis virtual directory using servlet

i tried this one

webTempPath = context("http://localhost/songsdir/") + foldername;

and it is giving me error as above when i tried to upload.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Not a directory: localhost/songsdir/daisy
