How to fill() images on a specific context on canvas?

1). How to apply different style cloths like below image..mean when I click on 'slim u', or 'buttoned front' styles then same that style apply one that 'canvas'

2). How to apply different fabrics on particular context like 'sleeve', 'coller', and 'body' on click on 'body', 'sleeve' and 'coller' options and then click on fabrics.

I tried with below concept but cant do this concept..
