How to validate CheckBox in Kentico 8.2?

hello all,
I am working on kentico 8.2, and i want that when user must accept all the terms and conditions. for that matter i am using check Box. if that check Box is unchecked then user cannot be able to submit the form.
This is not achievable through kentico help which says that achieve it by makin check Box multiple choice. currently i have done this and it works but i want that check Box's own validation should work.

I cannot attach a picture here otherwise i will show you guys what i have done so far.
If anyone have any solution then please help.
