Developing TAPI application for our Avaya ip office 500 v2 call center using tapi3

Hi ,

We are using Avaya ip office 500 v2 for our call center . Am trying to develop c# TAPI application that can be used in our call center . This TAPI can read the incoming callerd ID ( caller number ) and dispay on a textbox . Thats all what i need for now , if this works then i can save later in database , kindly assist on that please. i read that tapi3 dll file can help .
