sql server is not starting

Hi,

when i starting my sqlserver (sa=instance name) i got following exception
i am not able to start the sql service.i google it but can not find solution

i got following error:

windows could not start sql server on local computer review system event log

it is non-microsoft service,contact the service vendor and refer to service

specific error code 5023

Which word you don't understand in contact the service vendor

By the way, the reason of the problem is in the system event log
