How to submit data to Specified Email without server

can anybody say me how to send the form data's to specified email when submit button is clicked from the form,
without any server support,
Is there any possible way to do it can anybody help me out

Without a server? You could do a mailto: link. That opens the clients browser with the email address and subject already filled in. They still have to click Send and they have to have a default email client.
