How to save Φ symbol in sql database

Hi frds,

I want to save textbox value in to database. In my textbox text is 94.5Φ*96.1Φ*0.8mm.

If i save this value means it will take 94.5F*96.1F*0.8mm this format. How can i solve this problem.

Take datatype nvarchar. it may solve your problem

I used nvarchar but it was not working.

Solution 1

You must store and retrieve the string as Unicode. See Using Unicode Data[^].
