Aspx GridLookUp auto post back when filter a row

i have two aspx grid look one country second one province , 2nd Gridlookup is dependent on first one when i select country then provinces auto bind as selected country,, but i am facing a issue that when i search a country then province lookup auto bind on first letter typed.. because country look is auto post back is true. using "Text Changed" event of Country lookup for binding provice. kindly guide me
