Customise Command Bar Height in Outlook Express Add Ins

Hello Friends,

I am working in an outlook express add ins application.
In my issue the height of command bar is more than normal height.
So, I want to modify the height of command bar in outlook express as normal height.
So, how can i modify the height of the command bar.

And also i want to add a fine line below the command bar.

Any solution about the above mentioned problem, kindly do the post.
