i am in need to create a service where that need to be accessed from browser & mobile device
can i do it by using Web API or WCF?????????????

i dont have clear idea on Web API....
actually i read some article about WebAPI but couldnt get a clear idea still of what it is.
can someone please tell in short of what it is & where we can use it.

What I have tried:
