system exceptions in English

Hi all

How can i show the System exceptions in English regardless of OS?

setting the Thread.currentCulture and thread.currentUICulture is not working fine.

I think removing the .NET framework language pack is the only way. In early days of .NET, all messages were in English, then MS released language packs and changed that... I have even seen unit tests that depend on this.
