Empty Emails in MS Outlook 2007 / Windows XP

My client has received numerous empty emails lately, i.e. no recipient, no sender, no subject, no body. When I open one in Outlook, and look at Message Options, the internet headers field is blank.

What can I do to get more information about these emails?
