The calendar control is part of the .Net framework, if you're doing a WinForm application it's called MonthCalendar, for ASP.Net it's just called Calendar in the Visual Studio Toolbox. If you want to show an entire year with the WinForm version you can by changing the CalendarDimensions property.
Other than that I'm not sure what you are asking as the control is a part of the standard System.Windows.Forms namespace.
