To create a website that can be changed and updated from a software, which software should I use, which programming language will be good for it and which database? Please help!! I wanted to know the overall idea to create it.

CSM (Content Management System) sounds like the way to go for you. There is a wikipedia page that has a comprehensive list of commercial as well as free CM systems: List of content management systems[^]. They are listed in three sections:

SaaS (Software as a service)
Free & Open Source Software
Proprietary Software

Each of these sections has large lists of software by language and also shows which DBMSs are supported by the respective solutions.
