how can i connect share point 20101 to win sbs 2003 server

hi every body,

i have sbs 2003 domain and ad, i would like to install sharepoint 2010 in another computer running windows 2008 server r2 64 bit and and sql server 2008 64 bit computer.
is it possible to connect my active directory user?
is there any problem if i install through this way?
or with out windows 2008 server r2 64 bit and and sql server 2008 64?

please advice me
