Commercial API for PDF Optimization

Hello,
I'm looking for a commercial solution for optimizing the pdf, I've just contacted Adobe but wants a lot of money (33000€ for core) and pdf-tools this is more economichal but has a 600.000 page option at least for 16.000€ euros....is there any other possible solution? I prefer .net but also COM dlls are accepted

If it also has a support for merging / searching within the pdf for text would be great
