How to use xp panel style in VC#?

I use visual studio 2010 exactly VC# and i have finished my project, and i want to give xp panel style to my project? i have seen this article[^] but it don't explain how to use xp panel

First, your link leads to your earlier question - not an article. Given that the applications "style" depends on what version of Windows is running, you're going to have to do all of your own graphics if you insist on using the XP theme because a good portion of the civilized world has moved to Vista or Windows7.
