How to implement moveable tab in win app?

Dear all,
I am using vs2010.
I need to implement feature like igoogle in a window application where in a form like igoogle tab can move from one place to other and when user comes back he must be able to sea tab according to previous setting
Is it possible in win app to make moveable tab or panel even in WPF
Please guide
