How to store outlook mails in to SQL Server 2005/2008

Hi all,

Can any one help me in finding a solution for my following scenario?

I wanted to read emails from outlook one by one, and then I want to store them in to SQL Server.

What are main thing I need to do is, if any body has sample code to store outlook mails to SQL server please send our to me.

---OR---

Do we have any chance to convert this outlook email object as serialized object?
(since, outlook mail is not serialized).
At least if I can get one solution for the above two, I will be very grateful to that guy.

Well, there is a third way - if you are willing to pay, see here[^]. Everything has already been implemented by someone else.
