How can I intercept URL requests in C++

i am making an application that will intercept the url if its among the list of prohibited urls.if its among the prohibited url then it would redirect the url to a specific given url...

OK... Do you need any help or we just had to know that? In case you need help doing some part of the app you are doing, the best way to proceed would be to post here what you've done and what is not working (posting some sample code would be nice) and we will try to help, if that was the other case and you were only telling us that... well...
