How to tag a page for future reading and reference

Hi All,

I am fairly new to the code project. I am sorry if this is not the right place to ask this question. Is there a way to tag a response or tag a solution.

All I want to do is -
1) Tag if I commented on a post to see if its replied.
2) Tag good or confusing answers for future reading.
(I miss some good posts that I pend to read in the evening- In which I am not
involved at all)
Something similar to "My Posts" tab. What does the "PermLink" option do?

Solution 1

1. You'll receive the notification via email
2. There should be a bookmark icon next to Permalink
Permalink = Direct link to that object (Answer, Message, etc.)

Thank you, I never noticed that icon. that helps
After sometime's search I found that there is link under my id called "My Bookmark" , Initially I thought it was my browsers bookmark.
