How to create workflow design

Hi I worked with C# 2008 windows form. I want to create workflow design in my application.
I found Microsoft windows workflow. But I don’t any idea How to use the Microsoft windows workflow. This software already included in .net? Is it used for windows application?
Please give me some details about windows workflow.
