Assumptions:
0) Your final year project is due in a relatively short time span, probably 1-2 weeks.
1) You spent most of the last semester doing anything BUT your studies (or this class was least important on your prioritized list of classes).
2) You're expecting someone to have code already written that will fulfill the stated project requirements, and that they will provide said code willingly and free of charge.
3) You don't have the skill set necessary to pull this off successfully, even with help from an experience programmer with the necessary subject-matter knowledge.
