On Microsoft site[^] they say that there is no training kit published yet.
You can purchase a good book on silverlight 4 that covers all the topic sited here.

Have a look at silverlight books[^].

Or ask Kunal[^] is an MVP in Silverlight and a active member of CP. He will surly help you..
