Which language is better to learn Android or iPhone... Basically I am a .Net developer so which one is better and easy for me to learn? Any one can please help me.

To program for the iPhone you should learn the Objective C programming language, while Android requires Java. Of course there are alternatives (like Mono for Android) but I would approach a mobile platform with its 'natural' programming language.
Being a .NET developer, you could prefer Java over Objective C (hence Android over iPhone).

You definitely can't do .Net apps for the iPhone, and I'm not actually that sure about Android.

I know that but i want to learn any of this language out of 2 ... so which one is easy compare to other as keeping .net with c# in background

Well, how can we possibly know what's easiest for YOU to learn? We don't know you from Adam.
Absolutely Java.Try to use Java to develop Android Apps it works better than other languages.
