lo i am new at this but i an trying to make LED knight rider voice box
like the one KITT speaks from ..

I have been looking for a week now

they is all types of program but don't seem to fit the bill

I have seen some very good things here and i will keep coming back here

is they anyone can help me please

all i would like it to do is play mp3/wave file when when i
set it as my default media player

i am willing to pay for this

so if there is any free lance programmer out there what can help me please phone me
