Wpf datagrid binding

Hi,
I am working on wpf since 1 month.I have not enough knowledge of wpf databinding. I have a datagrid in wpf with 1 combobox column and 2 textbox column.
I have to fill Items List in combobox column.In one textbox column I have to fill item price of selected item and in other textbox default quantity of item.
I am unable to do this. Please help me.this is my first post......
