Country,City, ZipCode Table structure

Hi,

I Need help with Country , City , State, ZipCode Table structure.
I m Using MS SQL 2008 Management Studio & Visual Studio.NET 2010

Desired Functionality for my Windows Application.

When customer select Country so the next ComboBox will automatically load the relevant cities and State.

Can anyone help with the Table structure and VB.NET Code ? OR any Known demo application on here ?
