iPad app - create magazine from PDF file

Hello,
I am new at apple. I would like to create an iPad app (magazine) from a PDF file.
Is there any framework which has also the search and zoom option. I have tried laker & baker but there is no search and zoom.

I have paid the apple developer membership. What do you suggest?
