Connect to Database And report generation

Dear All,
I am developing one desktop application in VB.NET 2010. I need to connect my application to SQL Server mdf or mdo. and i need to generate report generation in excel sheet. And also display the latest ten records in VB Form. Please help me . And most important is how to add this database file in setup creation.

Are you expect from us to show you how to write application and setup-file? What have you done until now?

No all the remaining things i done. I need to connect one database file to my application and display the data and restore the data and also give the data in excel sheet according to one respective column.
