Have you ever considered using Google?
A quick search using your subject as the search term gave loads of results:

Which has a side bar "Pick a product you want step-by-step assistance on migrating from"
Which includes Sybase.

So, perhaps, in future you could try doing at least basic research yourself, instead of wasting your time, and ours.
