What kind of games? Some are definitely best done in SilverLight, while others are best done with XNA ...

You might want to pick up the book Windows Phone 7 Game Development[^].

Apart from that, visit the XNA Developer Center[^].

This site has a good Windows Phone 7[^] section where you might get some articles to help you get started.
