Hello

I had posted my first article here on Code Project. After posting there was a notification on top of my article that it is still pending with moderators. But still I started getting comments from viewers. I thought nobody can comment on it until moderators approve it.

Anyway, the commentators pointed out some deficiencies in my article and asked me to improve it. I went on and changed lot of wordings in my article through the "Update Article" link on top of my article's page.

After updating I noticed all those comments had wiped out. What happened here? And how do I prevent it from happening again if I make some more updates to my article in future.

Regards

Once your article is approved, the pre-approval comments are removed so you can start with a clean slate.

This kind of question would be better posted in the Site Bugs and Suggestions forum, which is actively monitored by CP staff.
