Microsoft Dynamic Nav like buttons

This picture shows nothing but some bitmap images, presumably clickable. There is no a problem to create one. If you don't know how to create it, try learning programming of the application of the type you are interested in, from scratch. I cannot even tell exactly you what to read about, because you told us nothing about the type of application, technology and libraries to be used, etc.

Please also understand that "how to create a button" questions are pointless. The functionality of the button usually has little to do with the code of button class itself; it is done in the event handlers.
