Issue with XContinuousIntegration(XStudio) Command Line Tool

Hi,
We need to create campaign session automatically by using xcontinuousintegration. For this we need to execute a command using command prompt by giving input parameters.
When I tried to execute this command from command prompt
“C:\Program Files\XQual\XStudio\bin\ xcontinuousintegration.exe” --campaignId 2 --agents 4:1:0 --sutId 2 --configurations 2:1
I am getting the following error
A database V42 is already installed.Please install the latest version of the program.
May I know what could be the issue and how to resolve?
Can someone help me out with this?
