Solution 1

Use iTextSharp[^], it's a great library for creating PDFs from code. Since you did not mention which programming language you are using I just assumed C#. If you want better responses you need to start asking questions with enough information.

Use this link to download a PDFCreator[^].

1. Download tool
2. Install tool
3. Open File, which you want to create a PDF of it.
4. Print File with installed PDFCreater-tool NOT normal printer

It doesn't matter which file, you can create a PDF of every file you want (.doc, .xls, .java, .cpp....)
